Donations to Abbigail’s Precious Heart will help other families who are going through a difficult time in their life. 

Your donation will go towards gifts to be donated to the Minneapolis children’s hospital. We currently do Christmas gifts and we are hoping to grow into admission bags to help families feel a little more comfortable in the hospital! 

APH was created to honor the memory of Abbigail Lin Nelson who was born on June 7th 2019 with a complicated heart condition and lost her heart battle on October 14th 2020.

APH wants to help other families who are living the life they did to honor the memory of Abbigail!
