IRON & WINE – LIGHT VERSE
According Iron & Wine‘s Bandcamp page, when COVID shut everything down in 2020, it included his desire to write lyrics; especially lyrics regarding the pandemic.
So, Light Verse, the seventh studio album from Iron & Wine, is his first new album since 2017’s Beast Epic and 2019’s collaboration with Calexico called Years to Burn.
Fashioned as an album that should be taken as a whole, it sounds lovingly handmade and self-assured as a secret handshake. Track by track, its equal parts elegy, kaleidoscope, truth, and dare.

Two-time Grammy award winning French duo Justice return this week with their fourth LP, Hyperdrama.
It’s their first full length release since the 2018 remix album Woman Worldwide, which took home the 2019 Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronic Album.
