It’s been twenty years since the release of The Darkness‘ Gold-selling debut album, Permission to Land, which featured the Top 10 hit “I Believe in a Thing Called Love.”
The 20th anniversary reissue, Permission to Land…Again, comes in 4CD/DVD, 2CD, 5LP and 1LP editions and contains many B-sides, demos and live tracks.

Before the beloved late singer/songwriter Elliott Smith went solo with his acclaimed albums, he co-fronted Portland indie rockers Heatmiser.
Prior to releasing three albums in five years as a band, Heatmiser released the six-song cassette, The Music of Heatmiser. This week, Jack White‘s Third Man Records reissues The Music of Heatmiser with an additional 23 tracks of demos, live tracks and more.

Camp Songs, the new live album from Meat Puppets, was recorded in the 90s while the band toured behind their 1994 hit album, Too High to Die.

Roger Waters‘ seventh studio album finds the former Pink Floyd member completely reimagining Floyd’s The Dark Side of the Moon for its 50th anniversary.
