MARK LANEGAN – BUBBLEGUM 20TH ANNIVERSARY EXPANDED EDITION
Bubblegum XX, the extended 20th anniversary edition of Mark Lanegan‘s sixth solo album, is a three disc set featuring the original Bubblegum album, the Here Comes That Weird Chill EP (with three bonus tracks), and a disc of demos & previously unreleased songs.
The Bubblegum track “Strange Religion” appeared in an episode of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, in which Mark Lanegan was a featured guest. Lanegan and Screaming Trees/QOSTA bandmate Josh Homme even wrote and performed the theme for the show.
