Asinhell is Michael Poulsen of Volbeat‘s new death-metal project. Poulsen isn’t the singer in Asinhell, but he does handle all guitar duties. The music was conceived during the writing of Volbeat’s Servant of the Mind album. Poulsen came up with several death metal riffs that he saved for later. Hence, the birth of Asinhell’s debut album, Impii Hora.
