SHINEDOWN and PAPA ROACH will be joining forces on a co-headlining U.S. tour.  So far, however, only a half dozen dates have been announced, all of them in December.  They two bands will perform on the 5th in Highland Heights, Kentucky; the next night in Erie, Pennsylvania; on the 8th in Binghampton, New York; the 12th in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; the 15th in Rockford, Illinois; and the 16th in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Both bands will be donating a portion of the proceeds from these shows to charity.  Shinedown have chosen the Center for Autism & Related Disabilities at the University of Florida College of Medicine, Jacksonville, and Papa Roach have opted for World Hunger Year, which supports local and national efforts to end hunger and poverty.
